Premature Ejaculation: Home Remedies!!

Premature ejaculation is one such debilitating sexual issue which is getting prevalent in the society day by day. It is characterized by “poor staying power”. Today’s millions of men suffer from premature ejaculation. It restricts an individual to last long in bed. This dysfunction is more often seen among men under the age of 50. However there are certain home remedies which help you to improve your control over ejaculation i.e.

• Make an herbal paste of bala, Ashwagandha and Vidari in the proportion 1:1:1. Then consume half teaspoon of this mixture twice daily with warm goat’s milk. You can use Cow milk if goat milk is not there.

• Take one spoon of green onion seeds and mix it into a glass of water, stir it properly. Now consume it prior to every meal.

• Soak 10 almonds overnight in water. Then peel off the skin in the morning and put them in a blender and add 1 cup of cow’s milk, a pinch each of cardamom, saffron and ginger. Consume this mixture every morning. Here saffron has mild aphrodisiacal property which is useful in improving libido.

• Ginseng is a useful remedy for premature ejaculation. Take half teaspoon after lunch and dinner with warm goat’s milk. You can also use cow’s milk.

Meditation, regular and breathing exercises reduces stress, depression and other psychological problems which are responsible for premature ejaculation.

• Try start and stop method to gain control over ejaculation.

• If you feel that you are suffering from premature ejaculation then stop drinking alcohol and avoid smoking.

• Carrot, fennel, onion, celery and banana have natural aphrodisiacal properties which will boost your libido and stamina

Chew 2-3 cloves of raw garlic daily as it is highly useful in treating premature ejaculation.

• Make a mixture of 150gms of finely chopped carrots, half boiled egg and 1 teaspoon of honey. Consume this mixture once in a day for 2-3 months.

• Make a mixture of 15gms of asparagus root with one cup of milk. Boil it and then consume this milk twice daily.

• Take 2 teaspoon of candy sugar, 5-10gms of lady finger’s root powder and consume it with a glass of milk daily.

Myth 1: You cannot control Ejaculation

Fact 1: It is completely untrue. A person can learn controlling ejaculation process the way a young man learns bladder (Toilet training) control.

Myth 2: Premature ejaculation is actually a psychological problem.

Fact 2: Not only psychological but physical factors also contributes to premature ejaculation like oversensitivity of penile region, certain disorders i.e. diabetes, heart attack, past sexual abuse etc

Myth 3: Alcohol, marijuana, cocaine and antidepressants are meant to control premature ejaculation.

Fact 3: These drugs may leads to certain side-effects like inhibition of ejaculation etc. However they can cause other serious illnesses and side-effects which must be taken into account like erectile dysfunction, chest pain, heart attack, cardiovascular diseases, orgasmic disorders etc. Furthermore antidepressants should not be taken without doctor recommendation.

Myth 4: Anesthetic creams and sprays are good in controlling ejaculation.
